Our Saturday!

Today we enjoyed a beautiful Saturday and spent the whole day together as a family. It was nice to just relax and have a full day of fun everyone. We ignored all the work that needed done and just had fun. Something we hardly ever get the chance to do.

This morning we woke up and got ready to go to a little family event at our local fair grounds. It was nice! They had a bunch of crafts for the kids, games, food, fire trucks and more. They went over safety, fire safety and much more with the kids. Their was kids entertainment and an animal show. The kids had a blast and didn’t want to leave.

Then we came home and spent the rest of our day in the back yard. The kids played, ran and got out lots of built up energy! We all had some ice cream and just talked, joked and had fun.

It was one of those days that makes you realize just how blessed you are. The kids can be a handful sometimes but today they reminded us how truly wonderful they are! I couldn’t imagine not having them in my life.

It’s the little things in life that matter most.

So below is a little reflection of our day. I hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Saturday with family too!

  1. Looks like a great day. I love when we spend entires days together as a family. Making memories when the kiddos are young is great.

  2. You’re so great at capturing photos of family days. I always attempt to do that but it never comes out that great. Look like you had fun!
